Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Joy's House Merch Shop. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@joyannreid.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at help@joyannreid.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, we will provide the return shipping address upon your request to our customer service team. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
